About This Application

Level Fitness is a staff scheduling and management platform used by fitness coaches and administrators at Level Fitness. The app allows coaches to view and manage their weekly class schedules, request class swaps with other coaches, log personal training sessions, and track client rosters.

Administrators use the app to manage coach assignments, programs, membership plans, and member accounts.

Google Calendar Integration

Coaches may optionally connect their Google account to sync their class schedule to Google Calendar. When this integration is enabled, the app requests access to create, update, and delete calendar events on the coach's behalf.

• We only access the Google Calendar scope necessary to manage schedule events.
• We do not read, store, or share any other Google account data.
• Calendar access tokens are stored securely and used solely to sync class assignments to the coach's calendar.
• Coaches can revoke access at any time through their Google account settings or by disconnecting from their profile page in the app.

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
